摘 要:经过四十多年的发展,星载相控阵天线已成为星载天线领域关键装备之一。本文根据卫星任务需求,设计了一种星载多波束相控阵天线结构。利用Ansys Workbench完成天线有限元建模,对天线进行了模态分析以及随机振动、正弦振动仿真,得到了各工况下的天线应力云图和变形云图,结果表明天线结构基频和结构强度均满足抗力学环境设计要求,且两套正样件通过了飞行任务考核,验证了该天线结构设计的可行性和合理性,为今后类似星载多波束相控阵天线结构设计提供了技术参考。After more than 40 years of development,space-borne phased array antennas have become one of the key equipments in the field of space-borne antennas.According to the assignment of satellite,a space-borne multi-beam phased array antenna structure is designed,and a finite element model of the antenna is established based on Ansys Workbench.Then the modal analysis,random vibration analysis and sinusoidal vibration analysis of the antenna are performed,and the stress cloud diagram and deformation cloud diagram of the antenna under each working condition are obtained.The results show that the fundamental frequency and structural strength of the antenna structure fully satisfies the requirements of mechanics environment.And two sets of prototypes have passed the flight mission assessment,which verifies the feasibility and rationality of the antenna structure design.It can be used as guidance for the structure design of similar space-borne multi-beam phased array antenna in the future.
