摘　　要：人性基础、制度设计与发展创新共同构成了现代金融伦理的基本维度。现代金融伦理构建的基础即人性,伦理性实际上就是合乎人性。经济性是现代金融业共同的人性基础,但各具体行业却因其人性差异而有所不同;现代金融制度的设计理应反映人性的要求,但实际上是否能做到则要具体辨析;金融创新的总体趋势应更加符合伦理性即人性,但某些金融创新却是反伦理性即反人性的。三者在现代金融伦理中关系密切,人性基础是制度设计和发展创新的前提,制度设计和发展创新则是人性基础的延伸;而制度设计又是发展创新的前提,发展创新是制度设计的发展创新。Human nature foundation,system design and development and innovation together constitute the basic dimension of modern financial ethics.The foundation of modern financial ethics is human nature.Economy is the common humanity foundation of modern financial industry,but each specific industry is different because of its humanity difference.The design of modern financial system should reflect the requirements of human nature,but whether it can be done in fact needs specific discrimination.The overall trend of financial innovation should be more in line with ethics and humanity,but some financial innovation is anti-ethics and humanity.The three are closely related in modern financial ethics.The basis of human nature is the premise of system design and development and innovation,while system design and development and innovation are the extension of the basis of human nature.And system design is the premise of development and innovation,which is the development and innovation of system design.
