摘 要:酸蚀裂缝导流能力是评价酸压效果的一项重要指标,为研究酸蚀裂缝面粗糙度与导流能力的相关性,文中以四川碳酸盐岩储层灯四段井下岩心为研究对象,开展了酸蚀裂缝导流能力测试实验,提出了裂缝面粗糙度评价方法,研究了闭合压力和酸蚀时间对导流能力的影响。实验结果表明:当闭合压力一定时,酸蚀时间越长,酸蚀裂缝面整体粗糙度越高,导流能力随酸蚀时间的增加而增大;酸蚀裂缝面粗糙度与导流能力呈正相关,相关系数在0.75~0.99。通过研究可知,基于高斯曲率计算的碳酸盐岩酸蚀裂缝面粗糙度能较好地定量表征导流能力的相对大小,可为酸蚀裂缝导流能力的精细评价提供参考。The conductivity of acid-etched fractures is an important index to evaluate the effect of acid fracturing.In order to study correlation analysis between acid-etched fracture surface roughness and fracture conductivity,the test of acid-etched fracture conductivity is carried out by taking cores from the fourth Member of Dengying Formation in carbonate reservoir of Sichuan Basin as the research object.A method to evaluate fracture surface roughness is proposed to study the influence of closing pressure and acid etching time on fracture conductivity.The experimental results show that with the increase of acid etching time,the overall acid-etched fracture surface roughness increases when closing pressure is constant.The conductivity of acid-etched fractures increase with the increase of acid etching time.The roughness is positively correlated with the conductivity of acid-etched fractures,and the correlation coefficient is between 0.75 and 0.99.Through this study,it can be seen that the acid-etched fracture surface roughness in carbonate reservoir can quantitatively characterize the relative conductivity of fracture,which can provide a reference for fine evaluation of acid-etched fracture conductivity.
