摘　　要：目的探讨股骨远端90°锁定钢板治疗儿童股骨下段骨折的疗效。方法采用股骨远端90°锁定钢板治疗24例股骨下段骨折患儿。记录骨折愈合情况、膝关节活动度、HSS膝关节功能评分以及并发症发生情况。结果患儿均获得随访,时间5~20个月。骨折均愈合,时间3~5个月。术后均未出现感染以及骨折不愈合、延迟愈合、畸形愈合、骨骺早闭等并发症。末次随访时,膝关节屈曲130°~150°、过伸0°~10°,患儿均正常行走、步态良好,HSS膝关节功能评分为88~98分。结论股骨远端90°锁定钢板治疗儿童股骨下段骨折,无需塑形、固定牢固,术后并发症少,效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of 90°locking plate of distal femur in the treatment of distal femoral fracture in children.Methods The 24 children with distal femoral fractures were treated with 90°locking plate distal femur.Fracture healing,knee range of motion,HSS knee function score and the incidence condition of complications were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 5~20 months.All fractures healed,and the time was 3~5 months.There were no complications such as infection,fracture nonunion,delayed union,malunion and epiphyseal premature closure.At the last follow-up,knee flexion was 130°~150°and hyperextension 0°~10°.All the children walked normally with good gait,and HSS knee function score was 88~98 points.Conclusions The 90°locking plate of distal femur can be used to treat the fracture of distal femoral fracture in children,without moulding,which is firm fixation and has fewer postoperative complications,definite efficacy.
