摘　　要：[目的]建立HPLC测定5%氟醚菌酰胺烟剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]使用以ODS-3为填充物的不锈钢柱和可变波长紫外检测器,以甲醇-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,在波长230 nm条件下测定试样中氟醚菌酰胺的含量。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺的决定系数为1,相对标准偏差为0.21%,回收率在99.91%~100.45%之间。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,适用于制剂中氟醚菌酰胺的定量分析。[Aims]This study aims to establish a HPLC method for determination of active ingredient contents in fluopimomid 5%FU.[Methods]The determination of fluopimomide in the samples was conducted by HPLC with stainless steel column filled with ODS-3 and variable wavelength UV detector at 230 nm,and methanol and water(80∶20,by vol)was used as mobile phase.[Results]The linear correlation coefficient of fluopimomide was 1,the relative standard deviation was 0.21%,and the recoveries were between 99.91%and 100.45%.[Conclusions]The method is easy to operate,has good separating effect,precision and accuracy,and is suitable for quantitative analysis of fluopimomide in formulation.
