摘 要:[目的]建立并验证基于HPLC-MS/MS测定不同土壤样品中苯唑氟草酮的分析方法,利用薄层层析法研究苯唑氟草酮在5种土壤上的移动特性。[方法]土壤样品经乙腈和0.2%甲酸水混合溶液提取,无水MgSO_(4)和N-丙基乙二胺吸附剂净化,经HPLC-MS/MS测定。[结果]苯唑氟草酮在5种土壤薄层层析板中主要分布在30~60 mm处,通过Rf判断均为不易移动性农药。[结论]试验所建立的分析方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于检测土壤中苯唑氟草酮含量,并且在正常条件下,苯唑氟草酮通过移动作用进入地下水从而造成污染的风险比较低。[Aims]This study aims to establish and optimize the method for the determination of fenpyrazone residue in different soil samples by HPLC-MS/MS,and to study the movement characteristics of fenpyrazone in 5 kinds of soil by thin-layer chromatography.[Methods]Soil samples were extracted with mixture of acetonitrile and water containing 0.2% formic acid,purified with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and N-propyl ethylenediamine adsorbent,and determined by HPLC-MS/MS.[Results]Inthe 5 soilthin layer chromatogra phyplates,fenpyrazone was mainly distributed at 30-60mm,and all of them indicated that fenpyrazone were not easily mobile pesticide according to R_(f).[Conclusions]The analytical method established in the experiment has good accuracy and precision,and is suitable for detecting the content of fenpyrazone in soil.Under normal conditions,the risk of pollution caused by the movement of fenpyrazone into groundwater is relatively low.
