摘  要:[目的]筛选出对大樱桃灰霉病具有良好防治效果的杀菌剂。[方法]采用室内离体叶片法与田间药效试验进行测试。[结果]离体叶片法测定中,咯菌腈、氟唑菌酰羟胺、异丙噻菌胺、吡噻菌胺、啶酰菌胺对大樱桃灰霉病表现出良好活性,其EC_(50)值分别为0.8102、1.6080、2.8382、5.3578、7.1397 mg/L,嘧霉胺、异菌脲、百菌清对该病害的EC_(50)值均大于10 mg/L;2点田间试验中,400 g/L异丙噻菌胺SC 360 g a.i./hm^(2)和200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC 270 g a.i./hm^(2)的处理对该病害的防治效果均大于70%,优于其他供试药剂的处理。[结论]农业生产中,可使用异丙噻菌胺、氟唑菌酰羟胺进行大樱桃灰霉病防治。[Aims]This study aims to screen effective fungicides against cherry gray mold.[Methods]Detached leaf method was used in laboratory and field efficacy trials were carried out.[Results]Fludioxonil,pydiflumetofen,isofetamid,penthiopyrad and boscalid had good activity against cherry gray mold in detached leaf test,with EC_(50) values of 0.8102,1.6080,2.8382,5.3578,7.1397 mg/L,while the EC_(50) values of pyrimethanil,iprodione and chlorothalonil were all higher than 10 mg/L.Isofetamid 400 g/L SC at 360 g a.i./ha and pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC at 270 g a.i./ha showed better efficacy against this disease than the other fungicides in field,with control efficacy more than 70%.[Conclusions]Isofetamid and pydiflumetofen can be applied to control cherry gray mold in agricultural production.
