摘 要:[目的]明确乙唑螨腈与氟啶胺混配对柑橘全爪螨的室内联合生物活性以及田间防治效果。[方法]主要采用浸液法、喷雾法测定了乙唑螨腈与氟啶胺混配对柑橘全爪螨的室内联合生物活性,并完成田间药效验证试验。[结果]乙唑螨腈与氟啶胺在2∶1~1∶4的混配比例下对柑橘全爪螨成螨的CTC值在108.39~134.39,对柑橘全爪螨螨卵的CTC值在105.95~124.82。田间验证试验结果表明:药后1 d,乙唑螨腈与氟啶胺混配对柑橘全爪螨防效达97.77%以上,速效性与单剂对照乙唑螨腈相当;药后23 d防效达82.43%以上,持效性略高于单剂对照。[结论]乙唑螨腈与氟啶胺在2∶1~1∶4的比例范围内混配,对柑橘全爪螨表现出一定的相加或增效作用。乙唑螨腈和氟啶胺桶混对柑橘全爪螨具有较好的防治效果,推荐桶混剂量为乙唑螨腈75~100 mg/L与氟啶胺200 mg/L。[Aims]This study aims to identify the joint bioactivity and field control efficacy of cyetpyrafen and fluazinam to citrus red mite.[Methods]The combined biological activities in laboratory and control efficacy in field of mixtures were tested by immersion and spray methods.[Results]The CTC was 108.39-134.39 for adult citrus red mite and 105.95-124.82 for eggs,when the mixture ratio of cyetpyrafen and fluazinam was 2∶1 to 1∶4.The field trial results showed that the control efficacy of the mixture of cyetpyrafen and fluazinam was above 97.77%on the 1st day after application,which was similar to that of the control cyetpyrafen;the control efficacy was above 82.43%on day 23 after application,with a slightly better persistence than cyetpyrafen.[Conclusions]The combinations of cyetpyrafen and fluazinam in the ratio range of 2∶1-1∶4 have certain additive or synergistic effect against citrus red mite.Cyetpyrafen tank-mixed with fluazinam has good performence for controlling citrus red mite,the recommended dosage is cyetpyrafen 75-100 mg/L and fluazinam^(2)00 mg/L.
