摘 要:使用双螺杆挤出机制备了不同有机改性纳米蒙脱土(Nano-OMMT)填充比例的聚乳酸(PLA)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物,利用万能材料试验机、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪及动态流变仪研究了共混物的力学性能、热性能和流变行为,使用扫描电子显微镜观察了共混物的微观形貌。结果表明:填充一定比例的Nano-OMMT可以一定程度改善PLA与LDPE的相容性及PLA/LDPE共混物的相形态,填充4 phr Nano-OMMT共混物的黏度和弹性模量较未填充Nano-OMMT共混物分别提高了37.1,462.6倍,结晶度下降了43.7%,且共混物中PLA质量损失最大时对应的温度下降了6.1℃,缺口冲击强度和断裂拉伸应变分别提高了133%,136%。Polylactide(PLA)/low density polyethylene(LDPE)blends filled with different contents of nanoorganic montmorillonite(Nano-OMMT)were prepared by twin-screw extruder.The mechanical properties,thermal properties and rheological behavior of the blends were studied by universal material testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer,and dynamic rheometer.The morphology of the blends was observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the compatibility between PLA and LDPE as well as the phase morphology of the PLA/LDPE blends are improved to a certain extent by adding a certain proportion of Nano-OMMT.The viscosity and elastic modulus of the blends filled with 4 phr of Nano-OMMT are 37.1 times and 462.6 times higher than those of the blends without Nano-OMMT filled,however,the crystallinity of the former decreases by 43.7%.The maximum thermal weight loss temperature of PLA in the blends is decreased by 6.1℃,the notch impact strength and tensile strain at break increase by 133%and 136%respectively.
