摘  要:基于高压管式法工艺,结合低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)装置生产实际情况,采用停止第四区反应、乙烯单点进料、三点引发的聚合方式,丙醛与丙烯复合作为调整剂,成功开发出煤基LDPE装置负荷调整的薄膜级LDPE。结果表明:该产品的熔体流动速率、密度、拉伸断裂应力、断裂拉伸应变、雾度等均满足性能指标,完全可以作为薄膜、发泡制品的原料,且该产品应用于薄膜制品性能更好。The film grade low density polyethylene(LDPE)was successfully developed in coal-based LDPE plant after load adjustmentby by stopping the reaction at zone 4,feeding in ethylene single point,three point polymerization,propanaldehyde and propylene composite as adjusting agent based on the high pressure tubular reactor process and combined with the actual production situation of LDPE plant.It is found that the melt flow rate,density,tensile fracture stress,tensile fracture strain and fog degree of the product meet the performance indexes,which can be used as raw materials for film and foaming products,it has better performance when applied to film products.
