摘 要:综述了近三年新型乙炔选择性加氢双金属催化剂的研究进展,主要涉及Pd,Ni,Pt等活性组分,并探讨了催化剂的制备方法、金属助剂及载体改性对催化剂活性和选择性的影响。从活性组分宏观结构调控、几何效应及电子效应等方面阐述了催化剂性能提升的机理。最后,展望了乙炔选择性加氢催化剂未来的研究方向:开发双金属乃至多金属催化剂,以提高催化剂表面的贵金属分散度,从而提高催化剂的乙烯选择性和稳定性。The research on new bimetallic catalysts for selective hydrogenation of acetylene in the past three years is reviewed involving Pd,Ni,Pt and other active components.The effects of catalyst preparation methods,metal promoters and carrier modification on catalyst activity and selectivity are discussed.The mechanism of catalyst performance improvement is expounded from the aspects of macrostructure regulation,geometric effect and electronic effect of active components.Finally,the future research direction of acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst is prospected:developing bimetallic and polymetallic catalysts to improve the dispersion of noble metals on the catalyst surface,so as to improve the ethylene selectivity and stability of the catalyst.
