摘 要:棉纤维具有吸湿性良好和质地柔软等服用优势,但其导湿性不足,大量吸湿后易粘连在皮肤上造成湿冷感,故对棉纺织材料导湿性能的研究尤为必要。从纤维、纱线、织物3个维度对棉纺织材料导湿性的研究现状及相应成果进行介绍。当前研究表明,棉纤维混纺、棉纱线复合结构设计、织物层面整体优化等方法为提高导湿性的主要研究方向。织物结构优化具有优势,但也存在参数缺乏对比、系统理论不足等问题。未来在改善棉纺织材料导湿性能方面的研究还需要在理论层面上进一步形成系统性理论知识,在吸湿排汗织物层面细化评定标准。Cotton fiber has advantages such as good moisture absorption and soft texture.However,due to the lack of moisture conductivity,a large amount of cotton fibers in human perspiration can easily lead to the adhesion of cotton fabric on the skin,causing dampness and cold feeling.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the moisture conductivity of cotton textile materials.The current research status and corresponding achievements of the research on the moisture conductivity of cotton textile materials from three different dimensions are introduced,such as fiber,yarn and fabric.The current research shows that the methods of cotton fiber blending,cotton yarn composite structure design and overall optimization of fabric layer are the main research directions,which have advantages in the optimization of fabric structure,but there are also problems such as lack of parameter comparison and lack of systematic theory.In addition,in the future research on improving the moisture conductivity of cotton textile materials,it is necessary to further develop systematic theoretical knowledge on the theoretical level and introduce systematic and perfect evaluation standards on the moisture absorption and sweat wicking fabric level.
