摘 要:提出一种将相变材料与不同冷却工质相结合的新型复合冷却服,在温度(35±1)℃、相对湿度(60±5)%的环境以及中等劳动强度下对其降温效果、持续时间以及主观评价进行分析探究。结果表明:复合冷却服能带来较好的降温效果,可有效降低皮肤温度;与无防护措施相比,相变材料复合流态冰冷却服使局部皮肤温度降低了9.9%~17.2%,相变材料复合冰晶冷却服使局部皮肤温度降低了20.2%~23.5%。续航时间延长,其中相变材料复合吸水冰晶冷却服的续航时间可达86min,比传统冷却服延长了52min;两者均可抑制核心温度的升高;此外,心率也降低了10.2%和12.0%;主观评价得到改善,无防护措施下的主观评价均在2以上,而复合冷却服的热舒适和热感受值均维持在1.5以下。A new type of composite cooling suit which combines phase change materials with different cooling refrigerants is proposed,and its cooling effect,endurance time and subjective evaluation are analyzed and explored in high temperature environment(35+1℃,60±5%RH)and moderate labor conditions.The results show that the composite cooling suit can bring good cooling effect and effectively reduce the skin temperature.Compared with no protective measures,the phase change material composite fluid ice-cooling clothing reduces the local skin temperature by 9.9%~17.2%,and the water-absorbing ice crystals composite cooling clothing reduces the local skin temperature by 20.2%~23.5%.The endurance time is prolonged,in which the endurance time of the phase change material composite water-absorbing ice crystal cooling suit can reach 86min,which is 52min longer than that of the traditional phase change cooling suit,and both of them can restrain the rise of the core temperature.In addition,the heart rate decreased by 10.2%and 12%.Subjective evaluation has been improved,and the subjective evaluation without protective measures is above 2,while the thermal comfort and thermal sensation of composite cooling suitare all below1.5.
