自组装阻燃整理对防辐射窗帘用织物性能的影响

摘  要:利用制备的氧化石墨烯凝胶对黏胶纤维/不锈钢纤维织物进行阻燃整理,并测试其微观形貌、红外光谱曲线、极限氧指数、热学、电磁屏蔽、织物风格及力学性能。测试结果表明:混纺织物经整理后,表面部分覆盖氧化石墨烯膜。织物的极限氧指数、裂解温度、碳化温度、热降解质量残存率、电磁辐射屏蔽性能、断裂强力随着不锈钢纤维含量与氧化石墨烯整理液质量浓度的增加均有不同程度的上升,折皱回复与悬垂性能有不同程度的下降。分析认为:利用质量浓度为6mg/L的氧化石墨烯对不锈钢纤维质量分数为6%的黏胶纤维/不锈钢纤维织物进行阻燃整理,所制织物不仅能够满足窗帘的悬垂性能要求,还能满足电磁屏蔽效能(20dB)与难燃材料的极限氧指数(27%)的要求。试验结果认为:利用自组装阻燃整理防辐射窗帘用织物具有很好的可行性。The prepared Graphite oxide gel is used for flame retardant finishing of viscose fiber/stainless steel fiber fabric,and the micro morphology,infrared spectrum curve,limiting oxygen index,thermal,electromagnetic shielding,fabric style and mechanical properties of the finished fabric are characterized.Test results show that the blended fabric is partially covered with GO film afer finishing.The ultimate oxygen index,cracking temperature,carbonization temperature,residual rate of thermal degradation mass,electromagnetic radiation shielding performance and breaking strength of the fabric increase with the increasing of stainless steel fiber content and GO finishing concentration,and the crease recovery and drapping property decrease with varying degrees.According to the analysis,by using 6%graphene oxide to flame-retardant finish the viscose/stainless steel fabrics with 6%stainless steel fiber content,the fabricated fabrics can not only meet the drability requirements for curtain use,but also meet the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of 20 dB and the limiting oxygen index of 27%non-combustible materials.The experimental results indicate that the use of self-assembled flame retardant finishing for radiation resistant curtain fabrics has good feasibility.
