摘  要:为了探讨可降解导电聚合物的可纺性,选用炭黑(CB)质量分数为10%的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯/聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/炭黑(PBS/PBAT/CB)导电纳米复合材料为原料,通过熔融纺丝技术对其可纺性进行研究,探究了纺丝温度、卷绕速度以及二次牵伸倍数对PBS/PBAT/CB纤维力学性能的影响,确定了熔融纺丝最优工艺。结果表明:当纺丝温度为180℃,卷绕速度为200r/min,二次牵伸倍数为4倍时,PBS/CB/PBAT纤维的力学性能最佳,此时断裂强度与断裂伸长率分别为2.16MPa和90.09%,纤维的断裂强度基本达到常用纤维标准。In order to explore the spinnability of degradable conductive polymer,PBS/PBAT/CB conductive nanocomposites with CB content of 10%are selected as the raw materials.The spinnability is studied by melt spinning technology,and the effects of spinning temperature,winding speed and secondary drafting multiple on the mechanical properties of PBS/PBAT/CB fibers are explored.The optimal melt spinning process has been determined.The results show that when the spinning temperature is 180 C,the winding speed is 200 r/min and the secondary drafting ratio is 4 times,the mechanical properties of PBS/CB/PBAT fibers are the best,and the.breaking strength and elongation at break are 2.16 MPa and 90.09%,respectively.The fracture strength of fibers basically meets the commonly used fiber standards.
