摘 要:对芳纶Ⅲ强力带的设计与生产进行分析探讨,认为提高经纱强力利用率是设计与生产的关键。设计环节中,强力带产品应选择规律单一的组织,同时给出了经纬密度及总经根数的设计方法。在生产工艺中,整经应保证经纱的卷绕、张力及排列均匀一致,整经配轴采取“多头少轴、尽量一轴”的原则。同时,严格筒子架张力控制,采用张力均匀辊及优化伸缩筘工艺。织造应优化梭口配置,采用较小的梭口高度和较大的梭口长度,同时采用中后梁配置并采用弹性后梁。最后介绍了一例芳纶Ⅲ强力带的生产工艺实例,为相关产品的设计生产提供参考。Design and production of aramid Ⅲ fiber strength band are analyzed and discussed.It is considered that improving the strength utilization of warp yarn is the key to design and production.In the design process,the strength belt product should choose a single organization with a single pattern,and the design method for warp and weft density and the total number of warp pieces are also given.In the production process,warping should ensure uniform winding,tension and arrangement of warp yarns,and the principle of"multiple ends and fewer shafts,as much as possible one shaft"should be adopted for warping arrangement.At the same time,strict tension control of creel with uniform tension roller and optimization of reed technology should be adopted.Weaving should optimize the shed configuration,using smaller shed height and larger shed length,using the middle rear beam configuration and using elastic rear beam.Finally,an example of aramid Ⅲ strength belt technology is introduced,which can provide reference for the design and production of corresponding products.
