摘　　要：推进调查研究常态化制度化是新时代对调查研究的新要求,新时代调查研究需要常态化开展,而调查研究的常态化开展则需要通过制度化加以保障,二者相辅相成、互为一体。推进调查研究常态化制度化不仅是新时代提升党执政能力和水平的现实需要,还是提高调查研究工作成效的根本保证以及全面建设调查研究工作体系的重要抓手。新的历史时期,应从建立健全调查研究法规制度体系和组织管理体系、创新调查研究方式方法、建立和完善调查研究成果转化与评估机制等方面入手,提高调查研究的常态化制度化水平,确保调查研究常态化开展、制度化运行。Promoting normalization and institutionalization is the new requirement of investigation and research in the new era.Investigation and research in the new era need to be carried out regularly,which should be guaranteed through institutionalization.The two complement each other and are integrated.Promoting normalization and institutionalization of investigation and research in the new era is not only a practical need to improve the governance ability of the Party,but also the fundamental guarantee for improving the effect of investigation and research and an important path for the comprehensive construction of a work system for investigation and research.In the new period,it is necessary to establish and improve the regulations system and organization management system for investigation and research,promote innovation in methods and establish and improve results transformation and evaluation mechanism,so as to enhance the level of normalization and institutionalization of investigation and research.
