摘  要:【目的】为了准确地对钻爆与TBM联合施工的隧洞进行综合超前预报,【方法】以秘鲁圣加旺Ⅲ水电站引水隧洞工程为依托,基于探构造与探水结合、物探与地质手段结合、预报结果与地质分析结合的超前预报思路,对现有常用超前预报技术进行研究。改进TST与CFC技术在TBM隧道中的观测系统布置方式,使之适应TBM隧道工况,并在实际开挖掘进中检验该综合超前预报体系的准确性。【结果】结果显示,建立的以地质资料为基础、以三维地震波法与CFC超前探水方法为核心、以超前钻探和超前注浆为保障的综合超前预报体系,准确性良好,预报的定性准确率为90.5%,定位准确率为82%。【结论】结果表明,在该体系的指导下,实现了对不良地质体的超前治理,进而有效避免了富水断层破碎带对TBM施工的干扰,保障了TBM高效安全掘进。该综合超前预报体系兼容钻爆法与TBM法施工隧洞,对同时开展两种施工方法的引水隧洞具有借鉴意义。[Objective]In order to research the comprehensive advanced forecasting of drilling and blasting and TBM joint construction tunnels.[Methods]Relying on the diversion tunnel project of the San GabánⅢHydropower Station in Peru.Based on the combination of structure exploration and water exploration,combination of geophysical exploration and geological means,combination of forecast results and geological analysis,the idea of advanced forecasting.Conduct research on existing commonly used advanced forecasting techniques.Improve the observation system arrangement of TST and CFC technology in TBM tunnels to adapt to the working conditions of TBM tunnels.And the accuracy of the comprehensive advanced forecasting system is tested in actual excavation.[Results]The research results show that:a comprehensive advanced forecasting system based on geological data,centered on 3D seismic wave method and CFC advanced water exploration method,guaranteed by advanced drilling and advanced grouting,the accuracy of the system is good,and the prediction is qualitatively accurate.The rate is 90.5%,and the positioning accuracy rate is 82%.[Conclusion]The research results show that under the guidance of this system,the advanced control of unfavorable geological bodies is realized,thereby effectively avoiding the interference of the water-rich fault fracture zone on the TBM construction,and ensuring the efficient and safe excavation of the TBM.The comprehensive advanced prediction system is compatible with drilling.The construction of tunnels by blasting method and TBM method has certain reference significance for diversion tunnels that carry out two construction methods at the same time.
