摘 要:矿山排土场坡面防护是维护排土场边坡稳定及后期生态治理的重要保障,然而传统的圬工坡面防护结构常会由于排土场边坡年沉降量过大而导致结构因应力集中而发生破坏,为此提出了一种新型的柔性轻型格构梁。【目的】为了明确该格构梁的物理力学性能、护坡时的应力变化情况和边坡浅层防护的稳定性,【方法】对其进行了物理力学试验和边坡防护数值模拟,并且对其与浅层滑动土体的相互作用进行了浅层稳定性分析。【结果】结果显示:该格构梁质量轻,密度小,具有良好的抗压、耐弯及弹性性能。在边坡防护数值模拟中,该轻型格构梁与混凝土格构梁相比,应力分布均匀,无明显的应力集中现象。同时,合理控制格构埋深hs和格构横纵间距la、lb,不仅可以提高格构防护边坡浅层土体安全系数Fs,而且还可以降低施工用料成本。【结论】结果表明:该轻型格构梁边坡不仅能够吸收和扩散结构内力,避免应力集中,而且还可以提升边坡浅层土体的稳定性,为其他的柔性护坡结构提供理论及技术参考。[Objective]The slope protection of mine dump is an important guarantee for maintaining the stability of dump slope and ecological management in the later period.However,the traditional masonry slope protection structure often fails due to stress concentration due to excessive annual settlement of dump slope.Therefore,a new type of flexible light lattice beam is proposed in this paper.[Methods]In order to clarify the physical and mechanical properties of the lattice beam,the stress change during slope protection and the stability of shallow slope protection,this paper carried out physical and mechanical tests and numerical simulation of slope protection,and carried out shallow stability analysis on its interaction with shallow sliding soil.[Results]The result show that the lattice beam has light weight,low density,good compressive,bending and elastic properties.In the numerical simulation of slope protection,compared with the concrete lattice beam,the light lattice beam has uniform stress distribution and no obvious stress concentration.At the same time,reasonable control of lattice buried depth h_s and lattice horizontal and vertical spacing l_a,l_b,not only can improve the lattice protection slope shallow soil safety factor F_s,but also can reduce the cost of construction materials.[Conclusion]The result show that the light lattice beam slope protection can not only absorb and diffuse the internal force of the structure,avoid stress concentration,but also improve the stability of the shallow soil of the slope,which can provide theoretical and technical reference for other flexible slope protection structures.
