合欢类药材的基原、功效考证及质量标准探讨

摘　　要：目的合欢类药材应用历史悠久,混淆种类多,缺乏科学的质量评价与控制方法。对《中华人民共和国药典》收载的合欢类药材,包括合欢皮、合欢花进行基原、产地、品质及功效进考证,以正本清源,为正确应用中药“合欢皮”“合欢花”提供科学依据。方法对合欢类药材及原植物从名称、形态、功效、产地等方面进行文献和历代本草调查考证,对历版《中华人民共和国药典》收载的合欢类药材的道地性及质量评价方法进行评价。结果合欢类药材药典收载的为合欢皮和合欢花,其基原为豆科合欢属植物合欢Albizia julibrissin Durazz,始载于《神农本草经》。合欢存在同名异物和同物异名现象。古代草本多以合欢花入药,现以花和皮同时入药。合欢花用于解郁安神,以槲皮苷作为质控指标成分。合欢皮除解郁安神外,还可活血消肿,以(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷作为质控指标成分。但是,目前仍缺乏与合欢花和合欢皮功效相关联的质控标准。结论通过本草考证明确了合欢类药材的基原及应用历史,探讨合欢皮与合欢花的质量标准修订建议,为保证合欢类药材的安全有效应用提供科学依据。Objective Medicinal materials from Hehuan(Albizia juliissin Durazz)have been used with a long history.There are different species easy to be confused and lack of scientific quality evaluation and control methods.This paper investigated the ori⁃gin,quality and efficacy of medicinal materials from Hehuan(Albizia juliissin Durazz)recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,inclu⁃ding Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex)and Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos),so as to provide a scientific basis for the correct application.Methods By investigation and verification of the name,morphology,efficacy and origin of the medicinal materials and original plants of medicinal materials from Hehuan(Albizia juliissin Durazz),the authenticity and quality evaluation methods of medicinal materials from Hehuan(Albizia juliissin Durazz)collected in the previous edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia were evaluated.Re⁃sults Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex)and Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos)were included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and its origin is He⁃huan(Albizia julibrissin Durazz).It was first recorded in Shennong Bencaojing.There are homonymous foreign bodies and homon⁃ymous phenomena in Hehuan(Albizia julibrissin Durazz).In the ancient books of materia medica,Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos)was mostly used as medicine,but now Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos)and Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex)are used as medicine at the same time.Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos)is used for relieving depression and calming nerves,quercetin is the quality control index com⁃ponent of Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos).Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex)can relieve depression,calm nerves,promote blood circulation and reduce swelling,(-)-Eugenol-4-O-β-D-carvosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside is the quality control index component of Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex).However,there is still a lack of quality control standards related to the efficacy of Hehuanhua(Albiziae Flos)and Hehuanpi(Albiziae Cortex).Conclusion Based on textual research,the origin and application history of Hehuan(Albizia juliissin durazz)were clarified,and the suggestions for revisi
