摘　　要：总结李冀教授治疗云雾移睛的临床经验。通过临床跟师学习、收集并整理病历资料。查阅当代文献与中医专著,研究西医对此病的认识和治疗手段,并阐述古今历代医家对云雾移睛病因、病机的分析。分析李冀教授治疗云雾移睛的认识,进而辨证论治。总结其对云雾移睛的辨证思路、临床用药及方剂配伍规律,并分析典型案例。李冀教授认为此病病位在目,常与肝肾有关。其病机多为肝肾阴亏,虚火上炎或肝血不足,神膏失沃,其病因有虚、火等。李冀教授认为治疗此病滋补肝肾与明目退翳需要同时进行,方可标本兼治。故此病临床常以六味地黄汤等补益肝肾、滋水涵木的方剂为主,兼佐以清肝明目之方药;或以四物汤等方剂以养血明目退翳。此外,尚需临证变化、灵活加减。现试析李冀教授治疗云雾移睛的临床经验及学术思想,以期对临床中此类疾病的诊疗提供参佐。It is to summarize Professor LI Ji's clinical experience in the treatment of floaters by learning,collecting and organ⁃izing the medical records through clinical follow-up.By consulting the contemporary literature and traditional Chinese medicine monographs,it studied the main understanding and treatment methods of Western medicine for this disease,and expounded on the causes and mechanisms of floaters by ancient and modern physicians.Professor LI Ji's understanding of the treatment of floaters was analyzed,and then the treatment based on syndrome differentiation could be carried out.It summarized his ideas on syndrome differentiaiton,clinical medication and prescription rules of floaters and analyzed the typical cases.Professor LI Ji believes that this disease is located in the eye and is often related to liver and kidney.The pathogensis is mainly Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency fire flaming upward,insufficiency of liver blood and vitreous body nutrition deficiency,and its causes are defi⁃ciency,fire and so on.Professor LI Ji believes that the treatment of this disease needs to nourish liver and kidney and remove floaters simultaneously to treat both the symptoms and the root causes.Therefore,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(六味地黄汤)is of⁃ten used clinically to nourish liver and kidney,and supplement it with prescriptions for clearing liver and improving eyesight;or u⁃sing Siwu Decoction(四物汤)to nourish blood and remove floaters.In addition,when treating the disease,it is necessary to change the dosage and drugs of the prescriptions.This paper analyzed Professor LI Ji's clinical experience and academic thoughts on the treatment of floaters,in order to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases in clinical practice.
