摘 要:目的对1~15年不同年限石柱参的根际横切面进行显微观察,并且测定不同年限石柱参簇晶的显微特征指数。对相同年限的西洋参、石柱参、人参进行定性鉴定。方法采用显微指数测定法;傅里叶变换红外光谱,波数范围3500~750 cm-1,扫描次数16,分辨率4 cm-1。结果1~15年不同年限石柱参根际横切面在木栓层细胞、栓内层细胞、韧皮部、树脂道、形成层、木质部均有差别,且不同年限石柱参的簇晶显微特征指数随着年限的增加呈增长趋势,4~5年簇晶显微特征指数上升明显。石柱参、园参、西洋参均有相似位置的人参皂苷吸收峰,不同年限的石柱参之间的红外指数I值不同,相同年限的西洋参、园参、石柱参的特定吸收峰位置的峰形和位移不同。结论建立显微鉴定和傅里叶红外变换方法对不同年限的石柱参以及不同种类的人参进行鉴别,在保证药材形态完整的同时鉴别石柱参的年限和品种。Objective The cross section of the root of Shizhu Ginseng with different ages from 1~15 years was observed micro⁃scopically and the micro characteristic index of cluster crystals of them with different ages was measured.Qualitative identification of Xiyangshen(American Ginseng),Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng)and Yuanshen(Planted Ginseng)with the same age was car⁃ried out.Methods The microindex determination method was used.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used.The wave number range was 3500~750 cm-1,the scanning times was 16 and the resolution was 4 cm-1.Results From 1 to 15 years,there were differences in cork layer cells,cork inner layer cells,phloem,resin channel,cambium and xylem,and the cluster crystal mi⁃cro characteristic index of different years increased with the increase of years,and the cluster crystal micro characteristic index in⁃creased significantly from 4 to 5 years.There were ginsenoside absorption peaks at the similar positions in Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng),Yuanshen(Planted Ginseng)and Xiyangshen(American Ginseng).The infrared index I values were different of Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng)with different years.The peak shape and displacement of specific absorption peak positions of Xiy⁃angshen(American Ginseng),Yuanshen(Planted Ginseng)and Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng)were different.Conclusion The methods of microscopic identification and Fourier infrared transform were established to identify the different years of Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng)and different kinds of Renshen(Ginseng)as to identify the years and varieties of Shizhushen(Shizhu Ginseng)while ensuring the integrity of the morphology of the medicinal material.
