摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种非特异性、复发性的慢性肠道炎症性疾病,发病机制尚不明确。目前治疗药物以氨基水杨酸类、皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂等为主,但对UC患者疗效欠佳,有些患者因不良反应加重了身体负担。近年来中药在治疗溃疡性结肠炎中疗效显著,且不良反应小,基于NF-κB信号通路对中药进一步深入治疗UC的文献进行综述,为中药治疗UC作用机制提供依据。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a nonspecific,recurrent chronic inflammatory disease of the intestine,and its pathogene⁃sis remains unclear.Currently,the main treatment drugs are aminosalicylic acid,corticosteroids,immunosuppressants and so on,but the efficacy is not good,and some patients have increased the burden of the body due to adverse reactions.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of UC,with little toxic and side effects.This pa⁃per reviewed the literature on the treatment of UC by traditional Chinese medicine based on NF-κB signaling pathway,providing evidence for the further study of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of UC.
