脉络宁口服液联合丁苯酞对血管性痴呆认知功能及内质网应激反应相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脉络宁口服液联合丁苯酞对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及内质网应激反应相关指标的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年4月医院血管性痴呆患者129例,简单随机化分组,各43例。对照A组予以丁苯酞,对照B组予以脉络宁口服液,观察组予以脉络宁口服液联合丁苯酞。观察统计3组临床疗效、不良反应、外周血氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)]、内质网应激反应相关指标[葡萄糖调节蛋白78(Glucose regulated protein 78ku,CRP78)、天冬半胱氨酸特异性蛋白酶-12(Cysteine-containing aspartate-specific proteases-12,Caspase-12)、CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白(Ccaat/enhancer binding protein,CHOP)]、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale,MoCA)、简易精神状态检查表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)、中风专用生活质量量表(stroke specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照A、B组高(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后MoCA、MMSE、ADL、SS-QOL评分高于对照A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后血清SOD水平高于对照A、B组,MDA、GRP78、CHOP、Caspase-12水平低于对照A、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血管性痴呆患者采用脉络宁口服液、丁苯酞联合治疗,有助于改善认知功能、日常生活能力,还可有效抑制内质网应激,抵抗氧化应激,效果较为显著,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Mailuoning Oral Liquid(脉络宁口服液)combined with butylphthalide on the cognitive function and related indicators of endoplasmic reticulum stress in patients with vascular dementia.Methods A total of 129 patients with vascular dementia in the hospital from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected and simply randomized into three groups with 43 cases in each.Control group A was given butylphthalide,control group B was given pulsatilla oral solution,and observation group was given Mailuoning Oral Liquid combined with butylphthalide.The clinical efficacy,adverse effects,pe⁃ripheral blood oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],endoplasmic reticulum stress-related indexes[glucose regulated protein 78(CRP78)78ku(CRP78),cysteine-containing aspartate-specific proteases-12(Caspase-12),CCAAT/enhancer binding protein(CHOP)],Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),the Cysteine Contingent Aspartate-Specific Proteases(CCAAT),Daily Living Scale(ADL)and Stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group A and B(P<0.05).The scores of MoCA,MMSE,ADL and SS-QOL of the observation group were higher than those in the control group A and B after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum SOD level of the observation group was higher than that of the con⁃trol group A and B after treatment,and the levels of MDA,GRP78,CHOP and Caspase-12 were lower than those of the control group A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of three groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Mailuoning Oral Liquid and butylphthalide for pa⁃tients with vascular dementia can help to improve the cognitive function and daily living ability.It can also effe
