温肺健脾化痰方治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对血清miR-21、miR-126表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究温肺健脾化痰方治疗支气管哮喘(Bronchial asthma,BA)的疗效及对患者血清微小RNA-21(Mi⁃croRNAs-21,miR-21)、微小RNA-126(MicroRNAs-126,miR-126)表达的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年7月医院128例BA慢性持续期痰哮证患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,各64例。对照组予以硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,研究组于对照组基础上予以温肺健脾化痰方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、呼气流量峰值昼夜波动率(peak expiratory flow rate,PEFR)]、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)]水平、血清微小RNA-21(miR-21)、miR-126水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.31%(61/64)高于对照组的82.81%(53/64),(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后中医证候积分、PEFR明显降低,FEV1、PEF明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后血清IL-4及miR-21、miR-126水平明显降低,IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率(14.06%,9/64)与对照组(9.38%,6/64)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BA慢性持续期痰哮证患者硫酸沙丁胺醇基础上联合温肺健脾化痰方,能进一步减轻炎性反应,抑制miR-21、miR-126表达,明显增强疗效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Wenfei Jianpi Huatan Formula(温肺健脾化痰方)in the treatment of bronchial asthma(BA)and the effect on the expressions of serum miR-21 and miR-126 of patients.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with chronic persistent phlegm-asthma sydndrome of BA in the hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with albuterol sulfate aerosol,and the study group was treated with Wenfei Jianpi Huatan Formula on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,TCM syndrome scores,lung function indexes[1st force expira⁃tory volume(FEV1),maximal expiratory flow(PEF),peak expiratory flow diurnal fluctuation rate(PEFR)],levels of serum in⁃flammatory factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)],expressions of serum microRNA-21(miR-21)and miR-126 were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group(95.31%,61/64)was higher than that in the control group(82.81%,53/64),(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the TCM evi⁃dence score and PEFR were significantly lower and FEV1 and PEF were significantly higher in the study group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the level of serum IL-4 and the expressions of miR-21 and miR-126 in the study group after treatment were obviously decreased and the level of IL-10 was obviously increased(P<0.05).The o⁃verall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(14.06%,9/64)was not significantly different from that in the control group(9.38%,6/64)(P>0.05).Conclusion Combining salbutamol sulfate with Wenfei Jianpi Huatan Formula can further re⁃duce the inflammatory reaction,inhibit the expressions of miR-21 and miR-126,and significantly enhance the efficacy of BA patients with chronic persistent phlegm asthma syndrome,worthy of promotion.
