摘　　要：目的 分析急诊输液针对性护理用于呼吸道感染患儿对儿童疼痛行为量表(face,legs,activity,crying,corsolability,FLACC)评分及不良事件的影响。方法 收集2019年6月-2021年6月无锡市儿童医院门急诊科接收的92例呼吸道感染输液患儿,按随机数字表法分作2组,对照组46例行常规输液护理,观察组46例予以针对性护理。对比2组的穿刺成功情况、输液依从性、FLACC评分及不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率为97.83%,高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的输液依从率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的FLACC评分为(1.36±0.36)分,低于对照组的(4.12±1.03)分(P<0.05);观察组患儿中不良事件的发生率4.35%,低于对照组的17.39%(P<0.05)。结论 急诊输液针对性护理用于呼吸道感染患儿的效果显著,有助于提升穿刺效果及患儿输液依从性,并且缓解患儿疼痛感,有效预防不良事件的发生。Objective To analyze the impact of emergency infusion targeted nursing for children with respiratory infections on FLACC scores and adverse events.Methods 92 cases of children with respiratory tract infections who were received infusions from the outpatient and emergency department of our Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected,randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method,46 cases of the control group were given routine infusion care,46 cases in the observation group were given targeted care.The puncture success,infusion compliance,FLACC score and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the one-time puncture success rate was 97.83%,which was higher than 78.26%of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the infusion compliance of children was 95.65%,which was higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the FLACC score of children was(1.36±0.36)points,which was lower than(4.12±1.03)points ofthe control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse events among children was 4.35%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted care of emergency infusion for children with respiratory tract infection has a significant effect,which helps to improve the puncture effect and the compliance of the children with infusion,relieve pain,as well as effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
