四位一体知信行健康教育模式在儿童^(13)C-尿素呼气试验检测中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨四位一体知信行健康教育模式在儿童13C-尿素呼气试验检测中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月一2022年2月于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院就诊的300名儿童,以随机数字表法分为2组,各150名,对照组采用常规健康教育指导,试验组采用四位一体知信行行为理论健康教育模式指导。对比分析2组^(13)C一尿素呼气试验检测吹气方法的掌握率、依从性、家属满意度。结果试验组的^(13)C一尿素呼气试验检测吹气方法的掌握率、依从性、家属满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将四位一体知信行健康教育模式应用于儿童^(13)C一尿素呼气试验检测可有效提高儿童依从率及家长满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice model(KBP model)of four-in-one health education model on improving the success rate of ^(13)C-urea breath test and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection screening rate in children.MethodsA total of 300 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected from July 2021 to February 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups by using the sequence number of medical treatment and the random number table:the experimental group(n=150)and the control group(n=150).The control group was guided by conventional health education mode,and the experimental group was guided by four-in-one theory of knowledge-attitude-practice model(KBP model).The mastery rate of ^(13)C-urea breath test,compliance of children and satisfaction of their guardians under two health education modes were compared and analyzed.Results In this study,the mastery rate of 13C-urea breath test in the experimental group,the compliance of the tested children and the satisfaction of their guardians were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion KBP model of four-in-one health education can effectively improve the success rate of ^(13)C-urea breath test and the screening rate of HP infection in children.
