摘　　要：目的分析2017—2021年广西5岁以下儿童死亡率和主要死因变化趋势,为进一步降低5岁以下儿童死亡率提供数据支撑。方法利用广西桂妇儿健康服务管理信息系统收集的广西2017—2021年5岁以下儿童死亡报告卡和广西妇幼卫生年报,计算全区及城乡的5岁以下儿童死亡率及死因别死亡率。结果2021年广西新生儿、婴儿、5岁以下儿童死亡率分别为1.57‰、2.70‰、4.11‰,较2017年(2.04‰、3.41‰、4.86‰)分别下降了23.04%、20.82%、15.43%;各年龄段儿童死亡率有明显下降趋势(P<0.001)。先天性心脏病、肺炎、其他先天异常、早产或低出生体质量、出生窒息死因别死亡率呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论2017—2021年广西5岁以下儿童死亡率呈下降趋势,但早产或低出生体质量、肺炎、出生窒息、意外窒息、溺水、先天性心脏病、其他先天异常等仍是5岁以下儿童死亡主要死因,仍需针对主要死因,采取措施,进一步降低儿童死亡率。Objective To analyze the trends of under-5 mortality and main causes of death in Guangxi from 2017 to 2021,and provide data support for further reducing the under-5 mortality.Methods The mortality rates of children under 5 years old and cause mortality rate in Guangxi,urban and rural areas were calculated were calculated using the report cards on deaths of children under 5 years of age from 2017 to 2021 collected by Guangxi Women and Children’s Health Service Management Information System and the annual report of Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.Results In 2021,the mortality rates of newborns,infants and children under 5 years old in Guangxi were 1.57‰,2.70‰and 4.11‰,down 23.04%,20.82%and 15.43%from 2.04‰,3.41‰and 4.86‰in 2017,respectively.The mortality rate of children in all age groups showed a significant downward trend(P<0.001).The mortality rates of congenital heart disease,pneumonia,other congenital abnormalities,premature birth or low birth weight,asphyxia at birth were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2017 to 2021,the mortality rate of children under 5 years old in Guangxi showed a downward trend.However,premature birth or low birth weight,pneumonia,birth asphyxia,accidental asphyxia,drowning,congenital heart disease,and other congenital abnormalities are still the main causes of death for children under 5 years old.Measures are needed to reduce under-five mortality by targeting the main causes of death.
