摘 要:环状RNA是一种通过环状剪接形成的共价环状结构的非编码RNA,存在于真核生物体中。研究表明,circRNA不仅具有稳定性、高度保守等特性,且从多方面参与生物的基因表达。而卵泡发育作为生物繁殖过程中不可或缺的一部分,它发育成熟的每一步都受因子的调控。近期已有研究展开circRNA与生殖细胞发育之间的关系研究,本文就近年circRNA与卵泡发育之间的关系作一系统综述。Circular RNA is a non-coding RNA with covalent circular structure formed by circular splicing,which exists in eukaryotic organisms.Studies have shown that circRNA not only has the characteristics of stability and high conservation,but also participates in gene expression in many aspects.Follicular development is an indispensable part of the biological reproduction process,and every step of its development is regulated by factors.Recent studies have focused on the relationship between circRNA and germ cell development.This article reviews the relationship between circRNA and follicular development in recent years.
