摘　　要：生态环境标准统一是开展生态环境规划、监督、执法等工作的重要基础,已成为统筹推进成渝地区双城经济圈生态共建环境共保的重要环节。自上世纪90年代以来,川渝两地已制定并发布地方大气环境和水环境污染物排放标准24项,但在发布时序、污染物类别和排放限值等方面存在着明显差异,急需在工作机制、加大投入、技术管理、科研合作、宣传培训等方面,建立严格、统一、规范的生态环境标准协同机制,推进成渝地区生态环境标准统一,合力解决突出环境问题,共同提升区域生态环境质量和绿色发展水平。The unification of ecological environment standards is an important foundation for carrying out ecological environment planning,supervision,law enforcement,science and technology,etc.,and has become an important step to promote the ecological co-construction and environmental protection of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.Since the 1990s,Sichuan and Chongqing have issued 24 air and water pollutant emission standards.However,there are obvious differences in the timing of release,pollutant types and emission limits.It is urgent to establish a strict,unified and standardized coordination mechanism in the aspects of working mechanism,increasing investment,technical management,scientific research cooperation,publicity and training,etc.,so as to promote the unification of eco-environmental standards in Chengdu-Chongqing region,work together to solve outstanding environmental problems and jointly improve the eco-environmental quality and green development level.
