摘　　要：目的从多角度、多层次探讨当前形势下医院病案信息管理人员职称晋升现状,深入分析原因并提出相对应的建设方案,为医院病案信息管理人才培养体系的完善与改革提供参考。方法选取2010年11月1日-2022年11月30日病案信息管理人员全系列职称晋升的相关信息,统计各级职称的晋升通过率;再根据学历、年龄、医院级别进行分组统计。结果初级(士)、初级(师)与中级职称的平均通过率分别为54.1%、45.7%和50.1%,三组组内的晋升通过率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。初级(士)职称与中级职称的晋升通过率与学历之间存在相关性(P<0.05),中专学历人员的晋升通过率明显低于大专、大学本科及以上人员。初级(师)职称的晋升通过率和年龄之间存在相关性(P<0.05),<35岁年龄组的晋升通过率明显高于≥35岁年龄组。初级(师)职称的晋升通过率与医院级别之间存在相关性(P<0.05),其他组的晋升通过率明显低于三级、二级、民营三组。对于高级职称,副高、正高的平均通过率为94.6%和92.3%,通过高级职称评审的人员80%以上为本科学历。通过正高级职称评审的人员年龄集中在40岁~50岁,通过副高级职称评审的人员年龄多在35岁~50岁。通过正高级职称评审的人员多就职于市级医院,通过副高级职称评审的人员多就职于区级医院。结论无论是初中级职称还是高级职称,其晋升难度均与病案信息管理人员的年龄、学历有关,低年龄、高学历的病案信息管理专业技术人员在职称晋升中占有较大优势。要晋升的职称级别越高,单位级别对病案信息管理人员晋升通过率的影响越大,这深刻展现了工作平台对个人职业发展的重要性。Objectives This study aims to explore the current situation of promotion of medical record information management personnel in hospitals from multiple angles and levels,analyze the reasons in-depth and put forward the corresponding construction plan,so as to provide a reference for the improvement and reform of hospital medical record information management personnel training system.Methods From November 1,2010 to November 30,2022,a whole series of professional title promotion information for medical record information management personnel was selected.The pass rate of promotion at all levels was statistically analyzed and re-analyzed based on educational background,age,and hospital level.Results The average passing rates of junior and intermediate titles were 54.1%,45.7%,and 50.1%,respectively,and there was no significant difference in the promotion passing rates among the three groups(P>0.05):There was a correlation between the promotion rate of junior title and intermediate title and educational background(P<0.05).The promotion pass rate of the personnel with technical secondary education was significantly lower than that of the personnel with junior college degrees,university degrees,or above.There is a correlation between the promotion rate of junior titles and age(p<0.05).The promotion passing rate in the 35-age group was significantly higher than that in the≥35 age group.There was a correlation between the promotion rate of junior titles and hospital ievel(P<0.05).The promotion pass rate of the other groups was significantly lower than that of the third,second,and private groups.For senior titles,the average passing rate of deputy and senior titles was 94.6%and 92.3%.More than 80%of the personnel who passed the evaluation of senior professional titles have bachelor's degrees.Those who pass the senior professional title were mainly 40-50 years old,while those who pass the deputy senior professional title were mostly 35-50 years old.Most of the people who passed the review of senior professional titles wor
