新疆生产建设兵团某医院2013年-2020年泌尿外科手术患者疾病构成分析

摘　　要：目的对新疆生产建设兵团某师三级甲等综合性医院泌尿外科住院手术患者疾病构成及变化趋势进行分析,为本地区泌尿外科疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法利用Excel2010、SPSS25软件,对该院2013年1月1日-2020年12月31日泌尿外科4355例住院手术患者前10位疾病构成进行回顾性研究,计数资料采用χ^(2)检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果8年间该院泌尿外科手术患者人次呈上升趋势明显,从2013年的434例上升至2019年的784例,增长80.65%,主要疾病为上尿路结石、前列腺增生症、肾囊肿、精索静脉曲张、膀胱肿瘤、鞘膜积液。泌尿系结石和前列腺增生症患者始终是住院手术患者的前2位,平均每年手术例数分别为197.4±50.2、104.5±18.8例,占比分别为36.01%~52.11%和16.08%~28.13%,单纯性肾囊肿和精索静脉曲张平均每年手术例数分别为36.5±6.4、28±10.7例,肾上腺肿瘤2019和2020年分别排手术患者的第8和10位,泌尿生殖系统恶性肿瘤手术患者呈逐年上升趋势,从2013年43例上升至2020年60例,上升达39.5%。结论泌尿系结石和前列腺增生症是该院泌尿外科主要住院病种,应进一步做流行病学调查和病因学研究,以指导疾病的预防。泌尿生殖系统恶性肿瘤住院手术患者呈逐年上升趋势。Objectives This study aims to analyze the disease composition and changing trend of inpatients undergoing urology surgery in a tertiary general hospital of a division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of urological diseases in this area.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the composition of the top 10 diseases of 4355 inpatients in the Department of Urology from January 1,2013 to December 31,2020 using Excel2010 and SPSS25 software.Count data were analyzed byχ^(2) test,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The number of patients undergoing urological surgery in this hospital has been on the rise in the past 8 years.The number of cases increased from 434 in 2013 to 784 in 2019,with an increase of 80.65%.The main diseases were upper urinary tract stones,benign prostatic hyperplasia,renal cysts,varicocele,bladder tumors,and hydrocele.Patients with urinary stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia were always the top two inpatients for surgery.The average number of surgical cases per year was 197.4±50.2 and 104.5±18.8 respectively,accounting for 36%~52%and 15%~28%respectively.The average number of surgical cases for simple renal cyst and varicocele is 36.5±6.4 and 28±10.7 per year respectively.Adrenal gland tumors ranked 8th and 10th among surgical patients in 2019 and 2020,respectively.The number of patients undergoing surgery for malignant tumors of the genitourinary system is increasing year by year.The number of cases increased from 43 in 2013 to 60 in 2020,with an increase of 39.5%.Conclusions Urinary calculi and benign prostatic hyperplasia were the main inpatient diseases in this hospital's urology department.Further epidemiological investigations and etiological studies should be done to guide disease prevention.The number of inpatients with malignant tumors of the genitourinary system was increasing year by year.
