摘 要:以山新杨(Populus davidiana×P.bolleana)幼苗为研究材料,分别接种褐环乳牛肝菌Suillu luteus和卷边桩菇Paxillusinvolutus2种外生菌根菌(ECMF),采用盆栽控水法,研究不同干旱胁迫对山新杨幼苗生长及抗旱性的影响。结果表明,山新杨幼苗接种2种ECMF,在正常水分和干旱下均能显著提高苗木的苗高、地径和叶片相对含水量;渗透调节物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸的含量也显著高于未接菌的对照组(P<0.05)。接种2种ECMF对抗氧化酶,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性也有很大影响,在正常水分下降低了SOD和POD的活性,到轻度干旱时便提高三者活性,差异显著(P<0.05)。接种2种ECMF,在正常水分和干旱下均能显著降低H_(2)O_(2)和O_(2)-·以及MDA的含量(P<0.05)。在试验过程中,接种S.luteus处理和接种P.involutus处理相比,不论是侵染率,还是后续对山新杨幼苗生长及抗旱性的提高,都展现出更加优秀的效果。研究表明,在干旱胁迫下,接种ECMF能够提高山新杨幼苗的生长势及抗旱性,从而使山新杨幼苗在干旱和半干旱环境中更容易存活。Populus davidiana×P.bolleana potted seedlings were inoculated with two species of ectomycorrhizal fungi(ECMF),Suillu luteus and Paxillus involutus,and the effects of different drought stresses on the growth and drought resistance of P.davidiana×P.bolleana seedlings were investigated by water control method.The results showed that inoculation of P.davidiana×P.bolleana seedlings with the two ECMF significantly increased seedling height,ground diameter and relative water content of leaves under normal moisture and drought;the content of osmoregulatory substances,soluble sugar,soluble protein and free proline,were also significantly higher than that of the non-inoculated control(P<0.05).Inoculation of both ECMF also significantly effected the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT,reducing the activities of SOD and POD under normal moisture and increasing the activities of the three under light drought,with significant differences of P<0.05.Inoculation of both ECMF significantly reduced H_(2)O_(2),O_(2)-·and MDA under normal moisture and drought conditions(P<0.05).Whether S.luteus treatment or P.involutus treatment,both showed excellent result in increasing colonization rate and subsequent improvement in the growth and drought resistance of P.davidiana×P.bolleana seedlings under drought stress,thus enhancing the survival ability of the seedlings in arid and semi-arid environments.
