激励式护理在儿童医院内科监护室中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察激励式护理在儿童医院内科监护室中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年5月在郑州大学附属儿童医院内科监护室就诊的86例患儿作为研究对象,按护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用激励式护理。观察护理前后患儿的依从性、顺利程度、不良情绪、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组患儿检查、治疗、护理和饮食的依从性明显提高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿检查、治疗、护理和饮食的顺利程度增加,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组。结论:激励式护理可以增加患儿的依从性,促进诊疗的顺利进行,减轻患儿不良情绪,提高患儿家属对护理的满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of incentive nursing in the medical care unit of children's hospital.Methods:A total of 86 children admitted to the medical care unit of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given incentive nursing.The compliance,smoothness,bad mood,nursing satisfaction were observed before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the compliance of examination,treatment,nursing and diet in both groups was significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The smoothness of examination,treatment,nursing and diet in both groups was increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion:Incentive nursing can increase the compliance of children,improve the success of treatment,reduce the adverse mood of children,improve the satisfaction of family members of children to nursing.
