摘　　要：在配网目标网架规划阶段,由于需要规划的节点数量较多,对应的状态参数较为复杂,导致规划后网架的运行性能难以达到理想状态,为此,提出基于模糊粒子群的高压配网目标网架自适应规划方法研究。结合网架规划的核心目标构建了配电网网架规划模型,将目标网架中的节点作为粒子,并为粒子引入了模糊分组机制,设置了搜索粒子和跟踪粒子,当目标网架节点的全局更新结果不改变配电网网架规划模型输出结果时,将对应的参数作为网架自适应规划结果。在测试结果中,设计方法规划的目标网架在可靠性、安全性以及供电质量方面均表现出了良好的实际应用效果。In the planning stage of the distribution network target network,due to the large number of nodes that need to be planned and the complex corresponding state parameters,the operational performance of the planned network is difficult to achieve the ideal state.Therefore,a fuzzy particle swarm optimization based adaptive planning method for high-voltage distribution network target network was proposed.A distribution network planning model was constructed based on the core objectives of network planning.The nodes in the target network were treated as particles,and a fuzzy grouping mechanism was introduced to search for particles and track particles.When the global update results of the target network nodes did not change the output results of the distribution network planning model,the corresponding parameters were used as the adaptive planning results of the network.In the test results,the target network structure planned by the design method has shown good practical application results in terms of reliability,safety,and power supply quality.
