摘  要:为保证电能质量,中低压配电系统常会配置并联无功补偿装置,以便在电力系统中负荷变化的情况下维持系统电压稳定性。然而,投切并补装置又会引起过电压问题,威胁电力设备和电网的安全性。为了解决过电压问题,必须进行过电压抑制,在考虑真空断路器燃弧情况下,提出了并补装置的最优选相投切策略,以期为电力部门提供过电压防护的依据和参考。In order to ensure power quality,low and medium voltage distribution systems are often equipped with parallel reactive power compensation devices to maintain system voltage stability under the condition of load change in the power system.However,switching-on and switching-off devices will cause overvoltage problems and threaten the safety of power equipment and power grid.In order to solve the overvoltage problem,overvoltage suppression must be carried out.Considering the arcing of vacuum circuit breaker,the most optimal switching strategy of shunt compensation device is put forward,in order to provide the basis and reference for overvoltage protection in power sector.
