摘 要:煤矿井下恶劣环境对电源系统的可靠性和安全运行提出了要求。针对目前煤矿用本安型电源存在体积大、成本高且可靠性差等问题,通过分析研究,采用一种新型单端反激式变换器的全桥拓扑结构设计方法,并在此基础上对开关电源工作原理及硬件电路进行优化设计。该方案主要包括功率放大电路、驱动电路以及保护电路,其中功率放大电路将直流电压转化成所需电压信号,再经功率管放大后传输给驱动电路,从而使得直流母线能够正常工作,同时还要保证驱动电路与主控板之间的通信功能良好。最后,利用MOS管对电流进行采样处理以便后续运算,最终完成本安电源的设计。实验结果表明,所设计方案具有较好的可行性。The harsh environment of coal mine underground power system reliability and safe operation of the requirements.In view of the problems of large volume,high cost and poor reliability of the intrinsic safe power supply used in coal mine,a new full bridge topology design method of single-ended flyback converter is adopted through analysis and research On this basis,the switching power supply principle and hardware circuit optimization design.The scheme mainly includes a power amplifier circuit,a drive circuit and a protection circuit,in which a power amplifier circuit converts the DC voltage into a desired voltage signal,and then transmits it to the drive circuit after being amplified by a power transistor,at the same time,the communication function between the drive circuit and the main control board must be good.Finally,the MOS transistor is used to sample the current for the subsequent calculation,finally complete the design of the intrinsically safe power supply.The experimental results show that the designed scheme is feasible.
