摘  要:为响应国家“碳达峰、碳中和”要求,全面落实党中央、国务院实现可持续发展的经济增长模式的部署,在配电网侧要不断推进建立绿色电网,发展绿色电力,引导社会进行节能环保,助力创建世界一流的城市配电网。配电网在供电过程中的电能损耗大,不仅降低了电力公司的经济效益,而且使得我国能源资源紧缺的问题显得更加突出。2021年,厦门岛内平均台区线损合格率为97.22%,如何更加合理地采用线损管理措施来降低配电网的损耗已经成为了供电公司的一个重要的课题。为方便运维人员随时随地掌握配网线路的线损状况,论述了一个电缆分支箱线损监测装置的设计方法,能够识别并建立台变拓扑关系,对线损进行实时分析,并实现数据交互和传输。In order to respond to the national“carbon peak,carbon neutral”requirements,fully implement the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to realize the deployment of sustainable economic growth mode,in the distribution network side to constantly promote the establishment of green power grid,the development of green electricity,guide the society to energy conservation and environmental protection,help build a world-class urban distribution network.At the same time,distribution network has a large power loss in the power supply process,which not only reduces the economic efficiency of the power company,but also makes the problem of energy resource shortage become more serious in our country.In 2021,the qualified rate of line loss in the average station area of Xiamen Island is 97.22%.How to adopt more reasonable line loss management measures to reduce the loss of distribution network has become an important topic for power supply companies.In order to facilitate operation and maintenance personnel to grasp the line loss status of distribution network lines anytime and anywhere,this article discusses the design method of a cable branch box line loss monitoring device,which can identify and establish substation topology relationships,conduct real-time analysis of line losses,and achieve data exchange and transmission.
