摘　　要：19世纪美国现代艺术设计运动的初始阶段,空间设计就具有一定的实用主义的商业色彩,我国Loft空间设计的出现继承了功能主义的传统,特别是Loft民宿空间,对室内空间进行有效的利用,其灵活多变的敞开式特点,可以根据自己的商业需要进行功能设计,营造独特的空间氛围。文章以探索Loft空间的功能特性出发,运用文献研究法、实地调研发与实际案例来论证Loft空间在用于民宿功能时的设计与应用,探索和丰富Loft空间的设计理论研究和设计表达形式,对于楼梯的功能、类型、布局形式以及楼梯下部空间的利用做出了分析研究。In the beginning stage of the modern art design movement in 19th century America,the space design had commercial color of pragmatism.The Loft space design in our country has emerged and developed so far,we can say that we have inherited the tradition of functionalism,especially the Loft B&B space.The effective use of the interior space,its flexible open characteristics,can be designed according to their own business needs,create a unique space atmosphere.Starting from the exploration of the functional characteristics of Loft space,this paper uses literature,research and practical cases to demonstrate the design and application of Loft space when it is used for the functions of homestays,explores and enrich the design theory research and design expression forms of Loft space,and analyzes and studies the functions,types,layout forms and the utilization of the lower space of stairs.
