摘  要:光合作用是油菜生长发育和产量形成的物质基础,甘蓝型油菜叶片光合作用的重要场所是叶绿体,其光合能力依赖于所包含的大量光合色素。叶片失绿型突变体已成为研究光合作用、叶绿体发育、叶绿素合成和代谢的重要工具。本文回顾和论述了甘蓝型油菜叶片失绿突变体研究进展,包括突变体的来源和表型特征、组学技术在叶色变异研究中的应用、已鉴定的甘蓝型油菜叶片失绿相关功能基因和QTL,旨在为深入探究甘蓝型油菜光合效率的调控机理和产量性状改良提供理论参考。Photosynthesis is the material basis of rapeseed growth and yield formation.Leaf chloroplasts are the important photosynthetic organelles of Brassica napus,and their photosynthetic capacity depends on the large amount of photosynthetic pigments contained in them.Leaf chlorosis mutants have become an important tool for studying photosynthesis,chloroplast development,chlorophyll synthesis and metabolism.This review summarizes recent advances of the B.napus leaf chlorosis mutants,including the origin and phenotypic characteristics of the mutants,the application of omics technology in the study of leaf color variation,the identified functional genes and QTLs regulating leaf chlorosis in B.napus.All these findings might provide a theoretical reference for revealing the regulatory mechanism of photosynthetic efficiency and improving yieldtraits in B.napus.
