摘  要:肿瘤转移是癌症患者死亡的主要原因,其中肿瘤细胞通过循环系统转移尤为常见。循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的检测对肿瘤早期诊断和治疗评估具有重要意义。传统检测方法存在灵敏度和特异性不足的问题。电化学传感器技术结合核酸适配体可提高CTCs检测的准确性和效率,具有速度快、成本低、操作简便等优点。核酸适配体在医学上的应用包括检测CTCs、细胞外囊泡、生物标志物分析及治疗等方面,但稳定性差是其主要缺点。通过改进适配体检测方法,未来电化学传感器联合适配体技术有望解决CTCs检测的敏感性和特异性问题,进一步推动临床研究发展。Tumor metastasis is a major cause of cancer-related deaths,with circulating tumor cells(CTCs)being particularly common in the spread of cancer cells through the circulatory system.The detection of CTCs is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment evaluation of tumors.However,traditional detection methods suffer from issues of low sensitivity and specificity.The combination of electrochemical sensor technology and aptamers can improve the accuracy and efficiency of CTCs detection,with the advantages of fast speed,low cost,and easy operation.Aptamers have a wide range of medical applications,including the detection of CTCs,extracellular vesicles,biomarker analysis,and therapy.However,their poor stability is a major disadvantage.Through the improvement of aptamer detection methods,the combination of electrochemical sensor technology and aptamer techniques is expected to solve the sensitivity and specificity problems of CTCs detection,and further promote the development of clinical research.
