摘　　要：志愿者群体已成为博物馆文化供给的主力军,志愿服务也成为推动文博事业发展的重要关键环节。本文以中国知网学术期刊数据库2002年—2022年有关博物馆志愿服务的文献为研究对象进行可视化分析,梳理博物馆志愿服务的研究力量、研究阶段,探寻我国博物馆志愿服务研究热点与发展趋势,以期对博物馆志愿服务开展更为深入系统的研究和实践提供借鉴,助力我国博物馆事业发展。Volunteer groups have become the main force of cultural supply in museums,and volunteer service has also become a key link to promote the development of cultural and museum work.This article takes the literature on museum volunteer service in the academic journal database of China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)from 2002 to 2022 as the research object for visualization analysis,sorts out the research force and research stage of museum volunteer service,and explores the research hotspot and development trend of museum volunteer service in China,aiming to provide reference for a more in-depth and systematic study and practice of museum volunteer service and help the development of museums in China.
