摘　　要：《晚清版权文献汇编》以时间为轴,通过对晚清史料的爬梳,尤其是对这一时期涉及版权概念的宏观论述史料和版权相关官方文件、时论文献进行的重点发掘,勾勒出了较为清晰的晚清版权观念变迁过程;晚清一些重要书籍编译出版过程中出现的版权问题,反映了当时部分先进知识分子对于版权的理解与认识;中外版权法相关条文的系统收录,使得该书具有重要的史料价值,为后人研究提供了极大的便利。The Collection of Copyright Documents of the Late Qing Dynasty is a chronological presentation of historical materials related to copyright in the late Qing Dynasty.It highlights macroscopic discussions on the concept of copyright,gathers official documents of the time related to copyright,pays special attention to sorting out copyright-related discussions of the time,and presents problems encountered in the publishing process of some important books of the late Qing Dynasty.The collection provides a clear depiction of how people's overall understanding of the concept of copyright evolved in the late Qing Dynasty and offers a systematic examination of relevant provisions in Chinese and foreign copyright laws.As such,the collection is highly valuable as historical materials and provides great convenience for future studies.
