摘 要:目的对紫苏叶(Perillae Folium)中的化学成分进行研究,为丰富其物质基础和开发利用奠定基础。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MCI柱色谱及HPLC等色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合NMR、MS等波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从紫苏叶70%(体积分数)乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为3-(6-O-p-coumarylglucosyl)-5-glucosyl-7-hydroxy coumarin(1)、clinopodic acid A(2)、isorinic acid(3)、3-O-methyl-rosmarinic acid(4)、4-O-p-coumaroyl-D-glucose(5)、(-)-4-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl-L-threonic acid(6)、2-O-(3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-2,4,6-trihydroxyphenylacetic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、β-hydroxybenzenepentanoic acid(8)、(-)-丁香脂素(9)、5,6-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(10)、ethyl 3,4-dihydroxy-α-oxobenzeneacetate(11)、3,4-dihydroxyphenacyl alcohol(12)。结论化合物1为新天然产物;化合物2~12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Perilla frutescens,twelve compounds were isolated and purified by the silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,MCI column chromatography and pre-HPLC.These compounds were identified by^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and HR-ESI-MS spectroscopic analyses as 3-(6-Op-coumarylglucosyl)-5-glucosyl-7-hydroxy coumarin(1),clinopodic acid A(2),isorinic acid(3),3-0-methyl-rosmarinic acid(4),4-O-p-coumaroyl-D-glucose(5),(-)-4-O-(E)-p-coumaroyl-L-threonic acid(6),2-0-(3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-2,4,6-trihydroxyphenylacetic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),β-hydroxybenzenepentanoic acid(8),(-)-syringaresinol(9),5,6-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone(10),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxy-α-oxobenzeneacetate(11),and 3,4-dihydroxyphenacyl alcohol(12).Compound 1 is a new natural product,and compounds 2-12 were isolated from the Perilla for the first time.
