龙胆水提物中化学成分的分离与结构鉴定

摘  要:目的对龙胆干燥的根及根茎的水提取物进行化学成分研究。方法采用多种色谱法对龙胆干燥的根及根茎的水提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,并结合理化性质与波谱解析等方法进行结构鉴定。结果与结论从龙胆干燥的根及根茎的水提取物中分离鉴定出12个化合物,分别为橄榄苦苷(1)、獐芽菜苦苷(2)、龙胆苦苷(3)、獐芽菜苷(4)、2′-(2,3-二羟基苯甲酰)獐芽菜苷(5)、3′-乙酰基獐芽菜苷(6)、6′-乙酰基獐芽菜苷(7)、deglucogelidoside(8)、(1S,5R,9R)-deglucosyltrifloroside(9)、2,2′-氧代双(1,4)-二叔丁苯(10)、去氢吐叶醇(11)和9-epi-blumenol C(12)。其中,化合物1、10和11为首次从龙胆属植物中分离得到,化合物12为首次从该种植物中分离得到。To study the water-soluble chemical constituents of Gentiana scabra Bge.,various chromatographic methods were applied for the separation and purification of the aqueous extract of the dried roots and rhizomes of G.scabra.As the result,twelve compounds were obtained and identified by combining various spectroscopic methods with their physicochemical properties.These compounds were identified as oleuropein(1),swertiamarin(2),gentiopicroside(3),sweroside(4),2'-(2,3-dihydroxybenzoyl)swertiamarin(5),3'-0-acetylsweroside(6),6'-0-acetylsweroside(7),deglucogelidoside(8),(1S,5R,9R)-deglucosyltrifloroside(9),2,2'-oxybis(1,4)-di-tert-butylbenzene(10),(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(11),and 9-epi-blumenol C(12).Among them,compounds 1,10 and 11 were isolated from Gentiana for the first time,while compound 12 was previously undescribed from the plant of G.scabra.
