摘 要:多药和有毒化合物外排转运蛋白(MATE)又称解毒外排转运蛋白(DTXs),广泛存在于真核与原核生物中。MATE是一种膜蛋白,通常具有12个呈V型排列的跨膜区。在植物中MATE/DTXs转运蛋白主要参与铁稳态调节、无机阴离子和次生代谢物转运、外源物质和重金属解毒、植物生长发育调控以及病害与逆境胁迫响应。该文对植物MATE蛋白家族的发现、系统发育、结构及功能等研究进展进行综述,以期为MATE/DTXs应用于作物或牧草抗逆遗传改良提供参考。Multidrug and toxic compound extrusion(MATE)transporters are also known as detoxification efflux carriers(DTXs)that are ubiquitously present in prokaryotes and eukaryotes.MATE transporters are membrane proteins usually with twelve transmembrane regions arranged in a"V"shape.MATE/DTX transporters are mainly involved in the modulation of iron homeostasis,transport of inorganic anions and secondary metabolites,the detoxification of heavy metals and xenobiotics,regulation of growth and development,and response to diseases and abiotic stress in plants.This review summarizes the research progress for the discovery,phylogeny,structure,and function of MATE/DTX family proteins and may provide a reference for the stress tolerance improvement of crops and forages with MATE/DTXs.
