摘 要:从话语历史分析视角考察企业身份建构的研究逐步增多,但其分析框架仍有待改善。本文借鉴并整合管理学和语言学中关于企业身份的研究成果,提出基于语料库的企业身份建构话语历史分析框架,并以华为企业身份建构为个案探讨该框架的适切性。研究发现,华为将自身建构为全球领先的信息通信行业提供商、亲近开放的行业合作者和号召者以及守法可信的企业公民,以满足不同时期目标读者的期望,从而与其建立良好的人际关系。本研究可为企业身份话语建构研究的深入开展提供借鉴,还可为中国企业的国际身份话语建构提供参照。The research on discursive construction of corporate identity has been increasing from the perspective of Discourse-Historical Approach(DHA),yet its analytical framework remains to be improved.Drawing on insights from management and linguistic studies of corporate identity,this paper proposes a corpus-based Discourse-Historical approach to the discursive construction of corporate identity and tests the applicability of the framework on the case of Huawei corporate identity construction.The results show that Huawei portrays itself as a global leading supplier in the information and communication technology industry,a friendly industrial partner and initiator,as well as a law-abiding and reliable corporate citizen,which can be interpreted as strategic selfrepresentations to address the target readerships'specific expectations and thereby build a harmonious relationship with them.Besides affording a reliable analytic framework for further research on discursive construction of corporate identity,this study also offers implications as to how other Chinese companies can build internationally accepted corporate identity.
