摘　　要：阐述半电波暗室的特点,关键性能指标,包括半电波暗室的屏蔽效能、归一化场地衰减、场地电压驻波比、场均匀性、背景噪声的评估意义和其测试方法 ,为半电波暗室的验收和电子产品进行电磁兼容测试的使用,提供案例参考。This paper describes the characteristics of the semi anechoic chamber,key performance indicators,including the shielding effectiveness of the semi anechoic chamber,normalized site attenuation,site voltage standing wave ratio,field uniformity,background noise evaluation significance and its testing methods,providing case reference for the acceptance of the semi anechoic chamber and the use of electronic products for electromagnetic compatibility testing.
