摘  要:阐述ANSYS有限元技术的工作原理,ANSYS软件进行结构分析时的基本流程。同时还详细分类各种有限元网格的划分方式,即自由网格划分、映射网格划分和扫掠网格划分。这三种网格划分方式都有各自所适应的条件及各自优缺点。接着,探讨结构分析与有限元技术的结合应用,通过有限元技术的辅助,结构分析过程会更加有效率且精度更高。基于对一拨叉零件的分析,在原有零件的基础上,为了减少钻孔对毛坯件的应力破坏,造成过大的位移,决定在原件上加上加强筋,以此稳定整体的拨叉零件的加工工艺质量。最后进行相应总结与展望。This paper expounds the working principle of ANSYS finite element technology,and the basic flow of ANSYS software for structural analysis.At the same time,various finite element meshes are classified in detail,namely free meshes,mapping meshes and swept meshes.These three meshing methods have their own conditions and their own advantages and disadvantages.Then,we discuss the problems of application of structural analysis and finite element technology.With the assistance of finite element technology,the structural analysis process will be more efficient and more accurate.Finally,the fork parts are analyzed,on the basis of the original parts,in order to reduce the stress damage of drilling on the blank parts,resulting in excessive displacement,we decide to add a reinforcement on the original,in order to stabilize the overall processing quality of the fork parts.Finally,we think and summarize by combining with the future development..
