摘　　要：阐述中低压配电网中的自动化控制特点,PLC自动化控制系统的方案,包括现有电力系统中的自动化方案、变电站自动化系统的模块,探讨自动化变电站实现遥控、遥测、遥信功能的方式。This paper describes the characteristics of automation control in medium and low voltage distribution networks,the scheme of PLC automation control system,including the automation scheme in existing power systems,the modules of substation automation system,and explores the ways to achieve remote control,telemetry,and remote signaling functions in automated substations.
